The Eagles celebrate with Angel Sanchez after one of his homeruns
The Hobbs Eagles scored 15 of their 16 runs in the first game off 3 grand slam home runs and 1 three run homer to blast the Goddard Rockets 16-1. The Eagles continued pounding the baseball in the second game in route to a 15-6 win. The Eagles also pitched very well and played sound defense against a good hitting ballclub with the wind blowing out to right field. Hobbs moved their record to 10-2. The Eagles will travel to take on Roswell High on 3/30.
