The Hobbs Municipal Schools will be conducting our “school physical program” documents/2010/3/22/Physicals.pdf to help our parents and student athletes get all of the necessary paperwork completed in order to participate in athletics next school year. The school physicals have been scheduled for Tuesday evening April 6th and Wednesday evening April 7th, 2010, at the Lea County Event Center from 6:00 to 8:00 PM both evenings. These physicals are performed by doctors in our community. The charge for this physical is $10. Students will need to wear shorts and a parent or guardian must be present.
A student athlete who gets this physical will have all the necessary athletic participation paperwork completed in order to participate in athletics next school year for a Fall, Winter, and Spring Sport. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity at such an affordable price. All student athletes grades 7th-12th must have this paperwork completed in order to participate in sports next year and by getting this paperwork completed now it will help all of us be prepared for the upcoming practices and seasons.
